Each macaw feather is a unique creation and there are a lot of factors to consider when settling on a price. One thing to also remember is that availability can change at any time. So getting what you want is usually a question of ordering in advance or getting it while it’s there.
This is a set of IncaGold Macaw TailFeathers, that generally range in length from around 21-22″ long down to about 12″ long overall. They are a Deep Golden Yellow color and have brilliant Green tips. A set like this is usually about $399.00.
Generally a good quality Macaw Tail Feather depending on the species of macaw and the rarity, length and availability of that feather, can range anywhere from around $25.00 all the way up to $350.00 or more.
We then move into the much sort after category of full tail or wing feather sets of usually 12 to 14 feathers that are both left and right hand sides of the center tails and are well matched and symmetrically correct with regard to their progressive ascending and descending lengths.
